After dedicating nearly 24 years to the Military as a Information Systems Analyst , Mr and Mrs. Turner retired the Army world of Information technology to form their own company, TurnerConn, LLC. Our mission is to deliver quality transportation services at fair and affordable rates. Unlike many transportation companies today, we maintain pride in what we do. As a result, our company policies are not derived merely from the “minimum” requirements set forth by law but also the laws of “common courtesy” and the “Golden Rule”. That is not to say that there will never be a problem. Anything can happen. Although it does mean that if there is a problem, we’ll treat your freight as if it was ours.

There may be times when we quote higher rates than competitors. That is to be expected in this industry. In order to maintain solid relationships with our carriers, we cannot be “cheaper” than everyone, all of the time. However, we can guarantee that you will receive our best rate for that load at that particular time. Although you can rest assured with us that when we are less expensive, you will never sacrifice “service” in lieu of “cheaper” rates.

We partner only with qualified motor carriers who maintain satisfactory safety ratings. Among other things, our motor carriers must be in complete compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), an agency of the U.S. Department of Transportation charged with governing interstate commerce.

Motor carriers who wish to transport freight for our company may download the following forms. Prior to dispatch, the Broker/Carrier Agreement, Motor Carrier Profile, and IRS Form W9 must be completed, signed, and returned to our office via fax or email.
